Availability depends on the destination, carrier and items in your cart. Some products, including lithium batteries, may be subject to carrier or destination restrictions. Contact support before purchase if a suitable shipping method is not available. 2. Shipping charges Product prices exclude shipping unless the listing expressly states otherwise. The shipping charge is shown separately at checkout and is included in the final amount before payment. Available services and charges are matched using destination and order weight. Promotional shipping conditions apply only when shown and satisfied at checkout. 3. Processing and transit estimates The delivery range shown for a shipping method is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Order processing, weekends, public holidays, customs checks and carrier delays may affect arrival. If your order is time-sensitive, ask support about current dispatch availability before placing it. 4. Address accuracy Check your recipient name, delivery address, postal code and contact information carefully. Contact support promptly about corrections. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel is returned or delivery needs to be rearranged, support will explain available options and any applicable additional charges before proceeding. 5. Tracking and delivery issues Use the order tracking page with your checkout email address and order number to check the store's current order status and any shipment details recorded for your order. If tracking is missing, a parcel appears delayed or your delivery is damaged, contact support with your order number and relevant photos or carrier information. Keep packaging while the issue is being assessed. 6. Import duties and taxes Checkout shows taxes collected by the store, where applicable.
